What Is The Inner Circle?
We are a community of medical spa and aesthetician practices throughout California that believe in collaboration, clinical excellence, and growth in all areas. What was only available to Dr C's spas, is now open to select injectors seeking access to resources, mentorship, events, trainings, webinars, tools for growth, and a community.
What are the membership benefits?
With your monthly fee, you get access to the library of webinars spanning from skin conditions, lasers, business development, as well as ongoing education. Your membership also grants you exclusive access to trainings, HerHealthSummit events, socials, webinars and Dr C's mentorship network.
On joining, you will complete an application to check for fit, and if approve can start accessing education immediately. You will then meet with Dr C for 3 branding and strategy sessions hyper focused on creating your brand pillars, and creating a strategy for your business growth.

Clinical Trainings
Access to quarterly trainings from advanced injectors in the newest injection techniques, lasers, combo therapies, skin care, and business development
Trainings take place at the heart of aesthetics, Orange County. Locations include Masters Medical Spa in Irvine, CA or at the Inner Circle Training Center in Mission Viejo, CA.

Mentorship
Meet other injectors invested in growth, safety, and personal development. Access a large network of spa owners, doctors, nurses, founders, pharmacists, and other health professionals to help you grow your brand, seek advice, and partner.
