The private launch is a customized package based on specific needs for the spa owner which include branding, social media, marketing, opening accounts, administration and back end support. Includes 10 personalized sessions with Dr. C to be Zoom and some in person if needed ie photoshoot, site visit/planning, educational visits. Dr. C will also recruit and connect you with other experts in the field as needed.
Includes enrollment in Launch Your Spa course to be done at home with videos and curriculum, resource lists.
Also includes entrance into Inner Circle including video library of education around skincare, injectables, devices, 2 hands on trainings per year and access to clinical support 24/7 with Dr. C and Nurse Cheryl and Allison. Gain exclusive access to speaking and teaching opportunities through InnerCircle and Élev Institute. This also includes opportunities to demo devices at Élev included with your membership.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment. However you should have already received approval for this package from Dr. C and be in communication with her for your first session.
How flexible are the 10 sessions with Dr. C?
You will set up your sessions with Dr. C depending on where you are in your launch. Most nurses require once weekly calls with Dr. C for the first 4-6 weeks. Then it is adjusted based on how often you need it.
Which is a launch package necessary for joining the Inner Circle?
It is important for Dr. C and for you to be compliant, legal, and above board when launching your spa. Because of the strict nature of California, most spas operate improperly at first, not because of ill will, but because of lack of knowledge. It is Dr. C's requirement to work closely at first in order to establish the doctor nurse relationship, and also ensure proper foundations
